We post Tuesday through Friday. Orders placed before 13:00 EET ship the same day; later orders ship the next morning.

EU orders are sent via Bulgarian Posts with hand-off to the local courier. Tracking included.

Tracking
You'll receive a tracking link in your dispatch email — usually that's the morning after the order. If the link doesn't update within 48 hours, write to us and we'll chase the carrier ourselves.
