Terms of sale

1. The seller

The seller is Thibault Studio EOOD, a Bulgarian limited company (EOOD), EIK 207314628, VAT BG207314628, registered office at 14 Knyaz Boris I Boulevard, Floor 2, Studio 7, 9000 Varna, Bulgaria.

2. Placing an order

You may order goods through this website by adding items to the basket and completing the checkout form. An order becomes binding when we send you an email confirmation with an order number. Until that point you may cancel without obligation.

3. Prices & taxes

All prices are shown in euros (€) and include 20% Bulgarian VAT. Shipping is added at the basket and is shown clearly before payment. The total figure on the checkout summary is the final amount you pay — there are no further fees.

4. Payment

We accept payment by Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, and SEPA bank transfer for EU customers. Card details are handled directly by our payment provider; we do not see or store full card numbers. SEPA orders are dispatched once payment clears (usually one to three working days).

5. Delivery

Orders within Bulgaria are dispatched within one to two working days via Speedy or Econt and usually arrive in two to four working days. Orders within the European Union are dispatched within one to two working days and usually arrive in four to eight working days. Full details are in the shipping notice.

6. Right of withdrawal

If you live in the EU, you have the right under the Consumer Protection Act to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. We extend this to a thirty-day return window — please see the returns & refunds notice.

7. Faulty goods

If an item arrives damaged or develops a defect within the first two years that is not caused by misuse, we will repair, replace or refund it free of charge. Please email [email protected] with photographs and your order number.

8. Liability

We are responsible for losses you suffer that we caused by breaking these terms or by negligence — up to the price you paid for the relevant goods. We are not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable at the time the contract was made, or for business losses. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

9. Intellectual property

All photographs, illustrations and text on this website belong to Thibault Studio EOOD or our suppliers. You may not copy or reuse them for commercial purposes without written permission.

10. Governing law & disputes

These terms are governed by Bulgarian law. The competent court is the District Court of Varna. EU consumers may also use the European Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
